Marsha J. Carey brings an entrepreneurial spirit, advanced knowledge in nonprofit management, and experience in facilitating community change efforts. Marsha is currently completing a Master’s in Nonprofit Administration through the School of Business and Nonprofit Management at North Park University, Chicago, and is also completing the Applied Educational Neuroscience graduate certification through the School of Education at Butler University. She possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) and is a nationally certified instructor in Youth Mental Health First Aid. She was among the first cohort in the U.S. to attain the Grant Professional Certified (GPC) designation. Marsha is committed to building a strong foundation for Kosciusko Cares Youth Services in order to grow and sustain prevention initiatives in Kosciusko County.
