Melanie Wilhite recently started working for Kosciusko Cares in July 2019. She had been a member of the Kosciusko Cares board for two years. Prior to Kosciusko Cares she was Director of Professional Education and Meetings at WishBone Medical a pediatric orthopedic company located in Warsaw.
Melanie was owner of Champagne Jam a Meeting Company focusing on community events, weddings, fundraisers, etc. She was a Corporate Meeting Manager at Zimmer for 23 years planning executive meetings as well as large events for the company.
Melanie attended Ball State University and Indiana Wesleyan. She received her CMP (Certified Meeting Planner) recognition in 2009.
Melanie is a member of Tri Kappa. She is a Warsaw native and has been married to her husband Chad for 38 years. She has two children Julia Tuinstra and Ross Wilhite and four grandchildren; Morgan, Max, Brisben and Adelaide.

Jackie Thornsbury has been with Kosciusko Cares for four years as program coordinator. She was born and raised in Warsaw, Indiana. She is a 1983 graduate of Warsaw Community High School. She attended Ball State University and studied word processing and worked in that field for 8 years. She has worked as a Specialized Paraprofessional for 11 years; one year with the Hamilton Southeastern Schools and 10 years with Warsaw Community Schools. Jackie is the mother of 2 adult children (Kira Beam and Keegan Beam), has three grandsons and one granddaughter. She has been married to Mike for ten years. Jackie loves to read and spend time with her grandchildren and family.

Marc Williamson, Business Manager

Marc Williamson coordinated the Fulton County Communities That Care prevention effort from 2010 to 2016. Marc brings this experience and more specifically data collection and recording skills to Kosciusko Cares. He has worked in substance abuse prevention since 2003; starting as a program facilitator. Marc is currently coordinating prevention efforts in Cass County and will be providing prevention consultation for the Miami County YMCA in their new prevention initiative. He serves as the coordinator of Drug Free Fulton County and is a member of the Fulton County Citizen Action Committee that is working to reduce clandestine meth labs in Fulton County.

Marc possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Indiana University. He served for 11 years in the United States Marine Corps and owned/operated 2 small businesses prior to his prevention work. His favorite hobbies are time with family, boating, tennis, reading and traveling.
